Tivoli Systems Management Administrator

- Day to day support of Tivoli Systems Management services with Unix or Intel endpoints
- Maintenance and upgrade of the Tivoli Product set
- Carry out occasional work scheduled outside of regular working hours (on-call duty)
- At least high school education
- Intermediate English
- At least 12 months AIX 4.x or 5.x experience.
- At least 12 months IBM Tivoli Product experience (V3.7 or above) predominantly TEC,
- Distributed Monitoring and Framework, Tivoli Inventory, Tivoli Software Distribution
- Problem determination, analysis and resolution skills
- Performance monitoring and analysis
- Network interfaces
- Good general IT literacy
- Focus on customer needs
- To be ready for shift work
- Advantages: Tivoli Configuration Manager, Tivoli ITM, Tivoli Workload Schedule, HACMP for TWS
