Senior Windows server administrator

Your future responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance and upgrade of server operating systems
• Day to day support to user queries and customer advice
• Carry out occasional work scheduled outside of regular working hours (on-call duty)

You will need:

• At least high school education
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Experience at least 2 years MS Windows NT/2000/2003 administration in corporate environment
• Appropriate certification for complex Windows based environment administration (e.g. MCSA, MCSE)
• Performance monitoring and analysis
• Problem determination, analysis and resolution
• Server installation and server configuration
• Good general IT literacy
• Focus on customer needs
• To be ready for shift work
• Ability to work well in an international environment
• Advantages: Backup, recovery and security strategies, Cluster services maintenance, HW (IBM, HP, COMPAQ, DELL), IBM Tivoli (monitoring and storage), Citrix terminal services, SAN
