JOB DESCRIPTION
- Find top talents around the world
- Create strategies to identify candidates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand recruiting needs
- Apply digital tools, data, and analytics to find and engage talent
- Interview and evaluate candidates
- Maintain awareness of market trends and use this information to improve talent acquisition strategies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong communication skills in English
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage and organize own workload and tasks
