WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organization
• Advance complex inquiries
• Answer employee and people leader inquiries
• Create disciplinary and termination documents
• Identify and guide continuous improvement projects
• Interact with and provide insights to labor relations representatives

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Proficient in English, German is a big plus
• Experience in HR Operations
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
