JOB SUMMARY
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a leading brand
- Solve troubleshoot issues with mobile devices
- Solve basic technical problems
- Track and resolve cases efficiently and on time

WE OFFER
- Gross monthly salary: 1300 EUR
- Monthly bonus: up to 300 EUR (after probation)
- 13th and 14th salary
- Relocation package: 2 weeks of accommodation, flight to Greece, airport taxi, and assistance with documentation
