JOB SUMMARY

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a leading brand
• Solve troubleshoot issues with mobile devices
• Solve basic technical problems
• Track and resolve cases efficiently and on time

• Gross monthly salary: 1300 EUR
• Monthly bonus: up to 300 EUR (after probation)
