Automation tester – StartUp

JOB SUMMARY

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for our mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with clear and concise documentation.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of our test automation framework.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our products.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with our team in Prague, being present in the office 4 times a week to facilitate collaboration.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, preferably in mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring product quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• You are easy-going, with good energy, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the gaming industry or with educational technology.
