Customer Care Specialist (English + Dutch)
We are looking for an experienced and communicative Customer Care Specialist fluent in both English and Dutch to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group focused on processing sales orders for the UK & North region. This role involves not only back-office tasks but also active customer communication.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinating the process of receiving and processing orders
- Communicating with clients and providing support throughout the order process
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, finance)
- Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service
- Serving as a key point of contact between clients and various internal departments
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a significant advantage
- Ability to solve problems independently and manage time effectively
- A team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with different departments
