Support Project Manager

Our global client is currently looking for a lively and motivated Support Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in creating effective content and managing projects. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Management and development of high-quality content according to business objectives – creating articles, documentation, videos, presentations, and other materials
• Leadership and management of all phases of the projects related to content, ensuring smooth process flow, and meeting deadlines for each phase of the project
• Communication with stakeholders to gather their requirements and collaboration within the team and across departments
• Development of training programs for teams to solve deficiencies and improve performance
• Creating proposals and solutions to support growth and efficiency
• Monitoring the success of content and suggesting improvements  

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• University degree or 3+ years of experience in content creation, project management, communication, PR or a similar role
• Project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English  (C1 minimum)
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with content management and project management tools is a plus 
• Capability to develop content based on data
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and departments
