Opex Accountant with Eng & Ru

We’re looking for a talented accountant to join our client’s dynamic team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the financial processes. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Record operating and G&A expenses according to accounting procedures.
• Post transactions with contractors and suppliers 
• Verify primary documents from suppliers against contractual terms 
• Reconcile statements with suppliers and contractors on a quarterly basis 
• Process payments and relative postings in SAP 
• Prepare stock taking sheets for annual physical count
• Take part in month closing procedure 
• Perform other tasks as per management assignment 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and stress resistance.
• Accounting education or proven knowledge.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas upstream industry is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• Proficiency in SAP R3 (FI module), SAP VIM System, and MS Office.
• Hands-on approach with reliability and teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions within authority limits.
• Proactive and flexible, with cross-cultural thinking skills.
