Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – Real Estate

Location: Prague 1, Mustek 

JOB SUMMARY

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budget creation, manage rolling forecasts, and provide detailed financial analyses to help management understand business performance.
  • Revenue & Cost Management: Optimize revenue streams, analyze pricing models, and monitor costs and CAPEX to ensure efficient operations.
  • Tenant Financial Management: Review lease contracts and resolve any financial issues or discrepancies with tenants.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure liquidity by preparing cash flow forecasts, managing working capital, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Financial Reporting (CZ GAAP & IFRS): Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, overseeing accounting practices.
  • Tax Planning: Oversee tax planning and timely filing, optimizing tax strategies to minimize costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and coordinate with internal, external, and tax auditors.
  • Risk Management: Continuously improve financial processes and workflows, implement internal controls, and conduct regular tests to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Provide financial analyses to support business decisions, with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in both English and Czech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA/CPA certification is an advantage.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles in real estate, including office leasing, renovation financial analysis, and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong prioritization and adaptability skills.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
